Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good in your hat—literally and mentally. If something’s off, here’s the deal:

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached and no signs of wear, sweat, makeup, or damage.

  • To start a return, email us at hello@wearhappihats.com with your order number and a photo of the product in its current condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Refundable:

  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

  • The 10% charitable donation made on your behalf (that part’s already doing good!)

Exchanges:
If you'd like to swap for another color or style, just let us know—we’ll make it easy.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges). Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
