  • Rinse with a clean damp cloth to remove soap.

  • Air dry only. Place it on something round (like a bowl) to keep the shape. Skip the dryer—heat warps hats.

Canvas Hat:

  • Brush off dirt with a soft brush.

  • Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent.

  • Scrub gently with a cloth or soft brush, focus on stains.

  • Rinse thoroughly until soap-free.

  • Air dry and shape it while drying.

  • Standard U.S. shipping: $12 flat rate

  • Estimated arrival: 1–5 business days

  • We ship Mon–Fri (no weekends/holidays)

Processing Time:

  • Orders ship within 24 hours of processing

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays are handled within 48 hours

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of your order. To qualify:

  • Item must be in the same condition it arrived in

  • Not worn, not washed, and tags still on

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping

  • Please send a photo of the item on return date

Damaged, worn, or altered items won’t be accepted.
Once we get it back and confirm condition, we’ll handle your refund or exchange.
